The Sacred Trees Of The Temple Are At The Entrance.  The Maha Mandap Is Spacious To Accommodate 100 Devotees To Have Darshan Of Lord.  Mother Kamakshi Is Facing South.

Nandhi In The Maha Mandap Is On The Western Side.  The Flooring Is Of Granite Stones. Lords Vinayaka And Muruga In The Maha Mandap Are In The Left And Right Side Respectively.  In The Inner Prakara Is Lord Shiva Brought From Sri Kailash.  On The Outer Side Are Lord Dakshinamurthy Worshipped By Nandi Facing South, Mother Vishnu Durga Facing North, Lord Chandikeswara Facing South Followed The Navagrahas The Nine Planets All Leading To The Entrance.

The Temple Is Two Kilo Metre Far From The Famous Thillai Natarajar, Thillai Kali And East Street Mariamman Temples.  Their Holinesses Sri Jayendra Saraswathi And Sri Vijaendra Saraswathi Laid The Foundation Stone For The Temple And Contributed The Idol Of Lord Kailasanathar From Mount Kailash And Also Performed The Consecration In 2010 June 24.

Town Development And Panchayat Union President Sri Kanan Venugopal Held A Meeting With People For Planning For The Renovation Of Selva Vinayakar Temple Built In The 1995 And Other Shrines For Lord Shiva.   As Resolved Unanimously In The Meeting, A New Temple At A Cost Of Rs. 16 Lakhs Was Built.  Lord Kailasanathar, Mother Kamakshi And Other Deities – Gajalakshmi, Lords Vinayaka,Muruga, Kala Bhairava, Chandikeswara  And Navagrahas Were Installed In The Temple.  Kanchi Acharya Offered All The Deity Idols Free Of Cost And Blessed The Committee People There Would Be No Funds Problems. President Kannan Venugopal, Secreatary Palaniswami And Others Liberally Contributed For The Cause.  The Construction Was Completed Without Any Obstacle.  The Consecration Was Performed On An Auspicious Day As Mentioned Above.  The Seers Were Personally Present On The Day.
