After worshipping Venkatachalapathi we arrive at Mukkodi prakaram. Vishwaksenar sannidhi is situated in this prakaram. He has four arms. He is having conch and disc(sangu and chakram). As per the rules laid down in Vaikanasa agamam those visiting perumal temple must necessarily worship vishwaksenar. The garlands removed from the neck of perumal is put on to vishwaksenar. During brahmothsavam special pooja is offered to vishwaksenar. It is believed that He looks after the arrangements for the festival. His idol is taken out during the procession.
