Apart from sabarimalai there certain other places are also there which are also important to worship Ayyappa. They are Erumeli dharma sastha, Acchankoil arasan, Aryankavu ayyan, Kulathupuzha  Balagan, Pandala mamani (prince), periyamedu sastha or Bhoothanathan. There is a special significance for this periyamedu sastha among all these sasthas.  HE is worshipped only by women. They worship him by offering Sweet rice pongal. This is a place made by Him specially for those women who can not visit sabarimalai. These seven temples including sabarimala represent the seven chakra points in our body. Thy are  Moolatharam, swathishtanam, Manibooragam, Anagatham, Vishuththi, Agnai and Brammaranthiram. If we understand subtle meaning of these chakras it is very easy to reach God. Without going through all these and which are very hard to grasp and understand, Ayyappan teaches us that we can reach God through a simple Bhakthi marg, by worshipping in these temples. The important rule and code of conduct for all ayyappa bhakthas  are to help others, and give food to the needy(annadhanam). Those who observe vrathas by observing mental puritywill get all necessary wealth in this world and divine blessings in the other world, by the the grace and blessings of Harihara sudhan who will make them happy also. Even if you are able to go only once in a year,  Dharma sastha will confer all the blessings that you will get by worshipping all through the year. Those who can not go to sabarimala if they visit all these six temples will get the same benefit of visiting sabarimalai.
