 General Information:

Mother graces from the sanctum sanctorum to ensure justice to all.  A five hooded snake is above Her head as an umbrella.  She has four hands.  She is seated with Her right leg bent while the left is pressed on the ground.  She holds Udukkai, snake, skull and a trident in Her hands.  As Kali is regarded as one to destroy evil and establish justice, festivals to deities in other temple would be celebrated only after pujas here. The mercy of Kali is such that she would pardon those disrespecting Her but not those causing harm to Her devotees.
