The temple is facing west.   The temple has a tall flag pole and shrines for Lord Muruga with Valli and Deivanai, Mother Durga, Lords Lingodhbava and Dakshinamurthy.   There are also paintings depicting the 18 Siddhas.

The temple has a tower with aesthetic beauty.  There is a sculpture depicting the darshan Lord Shiva granted to Lord Rama.  Devotees also enjoy the sculptures of Lord’s Mayuri Thandava dance granted to Sanakathi Maharishis and Nandikeswara playing the drum.

 
     
  Temple History:
     
 

The temple is built by residents of Dindigul R M Colony.  The Shivalinga in the temple was under the flood waters for about 48 hours before it was installed here.  Devotees worship here in pure silence sharing their problems with the Almighty.  The environment is so divine here.
