BRAHMOTHAWAM: Teppotsavam(float fesrrival) is held every year for five days five days before FullMoonday in the tamil month Panguni. On the Ekadasi day in Panguni month Lord Rama,Seetha along with Lakshmana will come in a procession in Swamy Pushkarani float. Next day i.e., Dwadasi day Rukmini along with Sri Krishna will come in a procession. Three days thereafter Malayappa swamy along with Sri Devi and Boo Devi will come in a float. To see the swami at close quarters a fee of Rs. 2500 is charged. Five persons are allowed for this fees. This seva will start at 5p.m. Silk vastram(dhoti),blouse piece,one Laddu,One Vadai will be given as prasadams.

VASANTHA UTSAVAM:  This function will be held on three continuous days i.e Thrayodasi.chthurdasi, and full moon day. During thes days Malayappa swamy and Parivara deities will come in a procession to Vasantha Mandapam. Their abhishegam (ceremonial bath) will be given. Third day swamy along with Sri Rama,Seetha, Lakshmana,Anjaneyar, Sri Krishnar,Rukmini,Sathya bama will come in a ceremonial procession. This seva will start at 1.30p.m  . Silk Angavasthram(upper cloth),blouse piece,20 Dosas, Vadai and rice food will be given as prasadam.

PADMAVATHI PARNAYANAM: During the Tamil month of Vaikasi continuously for three days i.e., Navami,Dasami,Ekadasi days Padmavathi parinayan function will be celebrated at Narayana giri gardens. In this garden only the marriage Lord Srinivasa with Padmavathi was held. During these thee days Malayappa swamy on elephant,horse and Karuda vahanams and Sridevi and Boodevi in separate palanquins will come in procession. Ther their marriage wil be celebrated. Then Koluvu function will be held. Harikatha and dance,music functions will also be held. By paying Rs. 5,000 five persons can witness these functions. The function will begin at 4p.m.

ABHIDEYAKA ABISHEGAM: To avoid damage to the idols of Malayappa swami, Si Devi,and Boodevi idols this special Tirumanjanam(holy bath) is held. In the Tamil month of Aani three days after Jyesta constellation(star) this function is held. This is also known Jyesta abishegam. Malayappa swami along Sridevi and Boodevi will arrive at the marriage hall.  After the abishegam(holy bath) is over they will be adorned diamond studded Vajra Kavasam.  The all the three swamis will come in a procession in car street. Second Muthangi seva and on the third day Swami wearing Gold Kavasam will come in a procession.

PUSHPA PALLAKKU(Flower decked palanquin): As per our tradition in the temples New account will begin in Dakshinayana period. This is celebrated as a special function on 16th  july every year. On that day the yearly account will be submitted to Venkatachalapathi.  For this purpose swami will arrive in Flower decked palanquin(pushpa pallakku) at 6p.m on this day. All the Temple authorities will participate in this function. It is believed that Swami will check whether they keep all the accounts in order. To witness this function one has to pay a fees of Rs. 1,000. Five persons will be allowed per one Rs. 1,000 ticket. One Laddu,one Vada and Vasthrams(cloth) will be given as prasadam. This incident is known by the name Pushpa pallakku function and ticket also should be booked under this head only.
